Everett, Washington based NetVersant Solutions, LLC, a provider of sales, support, and consulting services for converged technology solutions to enterprise customers throughout the United States, has announced it was acquired by Altura Communication (News - Alert) Solutions, an Avaya Platinum-level certified business partner and a nationwide provider of converged voice and data communication solutions and services.

 

The acquisition, Altura officials note, will help the company to expand its industry leading service and support footprint in reaching more Avaya (News - Alert) customers.

NetVersant Solutions provides Avaya solutions and support services to the Fortune 1000, including companies operating in the education, healthcare and government market sectors in the U.S.

He said that the combination of Altura and NetVersant offers the marketplace and the company’s customers with expanded design and service capabilities, increased geographic coverage, and greater access to resources within Avaya.

Blazek said that this combination will allow the company to continue to enhance and expand its industry leading support to the customer base.
