AVAYA News - Maintel is One of Only Two Avaya Partners to Hold All Five Expert Accreditations

Business to business telecommunications provider, Maintel has achieved the distinction of becoming the only Avaya (News - Alert) partner in the U.K. The position is quite justified as the company happens to be one of only two across the entire EMEA region to hold the full set of Avaya’s ‘Expert’ accreditations.

Maintel reportedly obtained the Data Expert Specialization –fifth and the last in the set of five 'Expert' accreditations---earlier this month. This can be added to its existing list of accreditations that include: SME Expert, Contact Center Expert, Unified Communications (News - Alert) Expert, and Unified Messaging Expert.

The company is known in the industry as an independent reseller of telephony systems. Its robust suite includes: unified communications (UC), contact center (CC) support, and data. Most of the telephony technology supplied by the company uses an IP network that requires LAN elements and often a wide area network.

The latest accreditation is vital for Maintel as it is expected to enhance its customers’ confidence that it is quite capable of offering a full turnkey telecommunications solution that can address clients’ needs. Armed with a team of expert technicians and engineers, the company claims to be quite adept at installing new systems and maintaining and upgrading legacy systems. In addition to competitive pricing, an excellent level of after support is its forte.

“Virtually all the telephony technology we supply to our customers now sits on an IP network that requires LAN elements or wireless, and often a wide area network. This latest award tells businesses that we have the skills and accreditation to offer a full turnkey solution to their needs,” Maintel's Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Stevens noted in a statement. 

It will be relevant to mention here that the company has amassed major technology assets through its recent acquisition of a Mobile division. This technological knowhow has been successfully integrated into its broader business, yielding strong financial results for Maintel.
