AVAYA News - OAISYS Talkument and Tracer Solutions Available through Avaya

The importance of recording calls in a business environment is often underrated. Although companies do have records of other forms of communication with their customers and associates, call recording is a technology that is gaining prominence only recently. As businesses increasingly start deploying call recording applications, the companies providing this service are registering increases in their sales.
When products are offered through Avaya, customers will know that they are buying Avaya-compatible, third-party applications. These applications enhance the capabilities provided by Avaya products. Avaya has tested Talkument and Tracer solutions for compatibility with Avaya IP Office and Avaya Aura Communication Manager.
By integrating Talkument and Tracer solutions with Avaya products, users can get advanced and affordable voice compliance and quality monitoring solutions. With this announcement, the solutions will now be sold through both Avaya and its channel partners.
Talkument is voice documentation software which helps companies in many ways: companies can record calls for future reference and compliance purposes and use recordings to resolve disputes.

The company released version 7.0 of its Talkument and Tracer solutions in 2011. Delivering multiple user-requested features, public safety enhancements and key functionality, version 7.0 was aimed at simplifying solution administration and enhancing overall performance for the enterprise market.
