AVAYA News - Avaya Adds New SPP Technology Partners
By Robbie Pleasant, TMCnet Contributor
Avaya’s (News - Alert) DevConnect Select Product Program (SPP) is expanding, with new technology partners. This brings eleven new partners to SPP, each providing something of strategic value to Avaya’s portfolio.
Among the newly added SPP DevConnect (News - Alert) Technology Partners are CallCopy, DuVoice, FCS, Knoahsoft, Movitas, Mutare, NetIQ, OAISYS, ObjecTel, Phybridge, and Symmetrics. Every one of them has a great solution or two to bring to the table, which are available for direct order from Avaya and its channel partners. The SPP companies will provide the delivery, implementation, service, and support, so customers know they’re getting the best service available.
Furthermore, existing SPP technology partners Conveyant (News - Alert) and RSI have added new solutions to the program. Conveyant is offering an attendant console, providing PC-based call processing for the Avaya Communication Server 1000, while RSI has a new cloud-based call accounting program for Avaya IP Office.
This makes over 30 value-added solutions available through the SPP program since it’s introduction. All of them have been tested and approved for Avaya interoperability, so customers can be assured in their effectiveness.
"The rapid growth of the Avaya DevConnect Select Product Program reflects the significant value it delivers to our clients,” says Eric Rossman (News - Alert), VP of Developer Relations at Avaya. “We're making it easier than ever for them to purchase a portfolio of Avaya-compatible, third-party solutions -- each handpicked for its strategic value. Businesses have ready access to compelling applications that help them work more efficiently and effectively, grow their revenues and do more with their Avaya investment."
The DevConnect Select Product Program from Avaya has always been a great way for customers to access a wide range of solutions that are interoperable with Avaya solutions. By expanding it with these many new technology partners, as well as providing new solutions from existing partners, Avaya is providing many new and great options for its customers. Whatever one may be looking for, they’re now more likely to find it through Avaya.
