Officially labeled as “Avaya Scopia Solutions for Video Communications,” the introduction course will be held from January 21st - 25th 2013 and will emphasize on providing concise overviews of different aspects that it will address in its forthcoming courses.
Training programs will be hosted at Jenne University on a quarterly basis with the goal of addressing significant aspects concerning the functionalities and operations that surround Scopia. The training sessions aim to cover everything from basic installation and configurations guides to complex topics including troubleshooting, component logs and network traces.
“Avaya’s Scopia video-conferencing solutions present an enormous opportunity for resellers serving all sizes of markets, and by offering these innovative products in combination with top-notch training through Jenne University,” revealed Jim Karaffa, director of Training and Technical Services at Jenne University.
He acknowledged that other reasons for introducing these training sessions were to motivate Avaya Connect partners and help them achieve stronger grounds. It is also expected that these trainings will inspire them to help customers to take a leap from their current systems towards financial success in today’s hyper competitive business world.
