Jenne, Inc. is a value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, unified communication, data networking and IT security products. With the highest level of satisfaction among trainees, Jenne has earned the “Highest Student Satisfaction Award,” a testament to its instruction and training. It’s also clear that its students were not only pleased, but more than willing to share their experiences, as they had the highest syrvey participation among students, which earned Jenne the “Highest Response Rate” award as well. “We congratulate Jenne on being recognized for training excellence for the third quarter in a row,” said Diane Hutchins, senior manager of the Avaya Learning Partner Program. "This quarter, Jenne obtained both the student satisfaction and response rate metrics for the U.S. This is an impressive achievement." Avaya’s recognition program is still fairly young, having been introduced during the fourth quarter of last year, but this is still a noteworthy accomplishment. The awards take data from Knowledge Advisor’s Metrics that Matter tool and GlobalWare Solutions reports, as well as surveys taken from the students themselves. Jenne’s courses are led by Avaya certified instructors at locations countrywide, providing comprehensive training for resellers on Avaya IP Office, Aura, Aura Communication Manager, and many other products. This is the third quarter in a row that Jenne, Inc. has been awarded by the Avaya Learning Partner’s Recognition Program, and unlikely to be the last. Although this is just an indication of quality, it’s a good sign for Jenne and Avaya alike, making it clear where its strengths lie. So congratulations to Jenne Inc., and may it keep striving for educational excellence.
