AVAYA News - VOX Network Solutions Gains 'Partner in Customer Excellence' Rating from Avaya

This week, the management of VOX Network Solutions (News - Alert) was happy to announce that it had received a “Partner in Customer Excellence” designation from communications solutions provider Avaya (News - Alert). The company was given the award by the company based on its average customer satisfaction score. Avaya describes the award in the following terms, "This partner is recognized by Avaya for achieving consistently strong Customer Satisfaction results based on feedback supplied by Avaya Customers over the last 12 month period."
While this is not too specific from the partner site, one can see that this is the entry level of partnership for companies who wish to work with Avaya. VOX Network Solutions, Inc. is not a name known by many people outside of the tech world; for those of you who are not familiar with the organization, here is a look at how the describe themselves, "...a leading sole source provider of converged voice and data infrastructure solutions and services for enterprise businesses. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, VOX offers a complete range of voice and data applications and services including planning and design, installation and integration, and maintenance and monitoring."
After reading this, one can see how the two organizations are a natural fit. VOX Network Solution’s President and CEO, Scott Landis said the following about the company the award in a release put out by the comapny, “We are thrilled to receive this designation from Avaya. VOX continues to differentiate by delivering business process optimization and superior customer service to our valued clients. I thank all of our VOX Network Solutions team members and customers who are the keys to our success.” So who knows? Maybe this is the beginning of a great partnership between the two companies, or maybe things will stay at this level – only time will tell.
