AVAYA News - AMC Technology Contact Canvas Suite Available Through Avaya Select Product Program

Today, AMC Technology, one of the top providers of contact center and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, announced that its Contact Canvas 2012 suite of products will be sold through the Avaya Select Product Program provided by Avaya (News - Alert), a global provider of business collaboration systems, software and services.

The Avaya Select Product Program provides customers with a streamlined process for ordering Avaya-compatible applications from third parties. Applications are only included if they bring something substantial to Avaya's portfolio.

"Our new partnership with Avaya builds on the years of cooperation between our two companies," stated Anthony X. Uliano, founder and CTO of AMC Technology, in a press release. "Our joint customers are excited that Avaya and AMC are working together closer than ever."

AMC's Contact Canvas products included in the program have all been compliance tested for compatibility with the Avaya Aura Contact Center. This allows companies using the Avaya platform to extend its communications capabilities, improve productivity and the customer experience at low cost and with little hassle. AMC Technology's solutions can be purchased either through Avaya or its distributors as part of Avaya's orderable solution set. Customers are able to add specific capabilities to their existing Avaya platform or just as easily source the complete Avaya-based communications solution provided by AMC's Contact Canvas.

Streamlined ordering through the Avaya Select Product Program is currently only available in the U.S., but select geographical expansion is expected throughout 2012. As part of the Select Product Program, AMC Technology's Contact Canvas is available through Avaya's newly launched DevConnect Marketplace.
