AVAYA News - Avaya Learning Honors Jenne's Exceptional Training Competence

Avaya (News - Alert) Learning has honored Jenne Inc. as part of the Avaya Learning Partner's Recognition Program for the first quarter of 2012. Avaya Learning has recognized Jenne, Inc.’s exceptional training capabilities by bestowing the "Highest Student Satisfaction" award for the U.S. region. Jenne has also been honored with a training reward for two successive quarters.


A survey was carried out by the Avaya Learning among students to nominate the winner of the "Highest Student Satisfaction Award". The students, who were asked to give points for quality of content, instructor, lab equipment and other important considerations, unanimously awarded Jenne with the highest points in all the areas.

In a release, Jim Karaffa, Director, Training and Technical Services, Jenne, said, "We consider our Avaya training capabilities to be the very finest available in distribution, and we are pleased to know that according to the latest data from Avaya, the majority of students feel the same way. This award acknowledges Jenne's outstanding Avaya-certified instructors, its world-class training facilities and overall dedication to help our customers stay competitive with market leading Avaya solutions."

The recognition program was initiated by Avaya during the last quarter of 2011. Knowledge Advisors' MTM or Metrics that Matter tool was used by Avaya to obtain the data. The data was then evaluated against the organization’s GlobalWare Solutions reports of distributed courseware kits. The accomplishments of the Learning Partners across the world are recognized by Avaya four times a year.

Diane Hutchins, Senior Manager, Avaya Learning Partner Program, Avaya Learning, said, "We are pleased to recognize Jenne with Avaya Learning's Highest Student Satisfaction Award, and congratulate them on winning two consecutive quarters. Through our Learning Partners' active participation with the MTM tool, Avaya Learning is able to more accurately gauge the value of our customers' learning experiences. The feedback we receive not only enables us to recognize companies with successful training programs like Jenne, but also enables us to be more responsive to customer needs."

Resellers are offered an all-inclusive training on Avaya IP Office, Communication Manager, Avaya Aura and other tools by Jenne University. Jenne's personal Avaya certified instructors conduct these courses, which are held at several locations across the country.
