AVAYA News - Jenne Recognized with Avaya's 'Learning Partner Award' in U.S.

Avaya (News - Alert) recently recognized Jenne Inc. by awarding it with the “Highest Response Rate Award” in the U.S. Jenne was named as a recipient of the Avaya Learning Partner's Recognition Program for Q4, 2011 and is a global value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing.
In a release, Jim Karaffa, director training and technical services, Jenne, said that, “We are honored to be recognized with Avaya's first Learning Partner Award. The depth of the Avaya training we offer through Jenne University is simply unrivalled in distribution. This year, we will be introducing an even more comprehensive training program, with an increased emphasis on the Avaya Data portfolio.”
Avaya, a global leader in business communications introduced the recognition program in the last quarter of 2011. Awardees within the program are judged over responses from Knowledge Advisors' MTM (Metrics that Matter) tool. This is then compared with the company’s GlobalWare Solutions reports of distributed courseware kits.
The Avaya Learning program was introduced by the company to recognize achievements of Learning Partners for each quarter within the U.S., Americas International, and EMEA. Jenne which won the “Highest Response Rate Award” was recognized by Avaya based on Jenne’s participation in survey responses provided at the end of each class.
Diane Hutchins, senior manager, Avaya Learning Partner Program at Avaya Learning, said that, “It gives me great pleasure to recognize Jenne for receiving Avaya Learning's Highest Response Rate award. Through our Learning Partners' active participation with the MTM tool, Avaya Learning is able to more accurately gauge the value of our customers' learning experiences. The feedback we receive not only enables us to recognize companies with successful training programs like Jenne, but also enables us to be more responsive to customer needs.”
Jenne Inc. also specializes in unified communications, data networking and IT security products. The Jenne University offers its resellers extensive training on Avaya IP Office, Communication Manager, Avaya Aura, as well as on a range of other products.
In other news, Jenne has partnered with Mutare to distribute Mutare’s complete line of unified messaging, notification and IVR solutions.
