AVAYA News - NetSocket SVSS Receives Avaya DevConnect Compliant Award

NetSocket’s Service Visibility Solution Suite or SVSS is now compliant with Avaya’s IP communications solutions, allowing enterprises cloud service providers to deliver quicker support and resolution of network problems. Avaya (News - Alert) tested SVSS’s conformance with Aura Communication Manager 6.0.1 and Aura Session Manager 22.214.171.124 before awarding the Avaya DevConnect Compliant Award to NetSocket. Enterprises can decrease their operational expenditures by nearly 75 percent and also enhance end-user contentment with SVSS, which predicts, segregates, recognizes and aids remediation.
In a release, John White, CEO and president of NetSocket said, “Ensuring a quality end-user experience from cloud services is critical to every enterprise. SVSS’s compatibility with Aura Communication Manager and Aura Session Manager provides an easy and cost-effective way to implement and manage a unified communications platform.”
NetSocket and Avaya solutions have been used by organizations offering hosted and cloud-based VoIP/UCaaS, video, and collaboration services. Organizations are able to clearly view the impact of network on their services with instantaneous visibility provided by NetSocket SVSS.
Pioneering third-party products interoperable with Avaya technology can be built, marketed and sold by companies as part of the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) program. Products can be presented by Technology Partners like NetSocket, for conformity testing to the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. Avaya compliancy is confirmed for each submitted application with the help of a complete test plan created by a group of Avaya engineers. Avaya-compliant products allow organizations to incorporate first-rate capabilities to their network without modifying existing infrastructure. New applications can be therefore implemented quickly, along with decreasing network intricacies and implementation expenditures.
