AVAYA News - Avaya Connect Gold Certification Achieved by SunTel Services

A top customer satisfaction rating has been earned by SunTel Services, the complete provider of services for voice, data and unified networks to businesses in Michigan. The company has also met the requirements needed to maintain its Gold Channel Partner status with Avaya. Avaya (News - Alert) is a top global provider of business communication, solutions and services.
Comprehensive skills have been developed by the SunTel Services team to help small-to-large size businesses. These businesses will be therefore able to transform their operations with Avaya's top unified communications, collaboration and contact center solutions. This has been demonstrated by SunTel Services’ Avaya Connect Gold certification.
Rigorous service delivery and customer satisfaction criteria must be met by gold-certified channel partners. SunTel exceeded Gold Channel Partner (News - Alert) requirements in customer satisfaction survey results. SunTel exceeded well beyond the required minimum score of 3.1 to achieve a rating of 4.63 out of 5. Overall service, sales, technical expertise, organization, pro-activeness, installation and support services were some of the factors on which SunTel was rated.
Avaya's dealer service assessment has also been cleared by SunTel by exceeding the required number of technical certifications. Avaya meticulously examined SunTel’s processes, operations, service center, install team, support team, test equipment, and facilities for the same. A specific number of required technical certification is needed to authorize a company to provide complete Avaya solutions to its customers.
In a release, Gary Jackson, president of SunTel Services said, “We had a great year with Avaya, across their entire product line, and across the state of Michigan. As we continue to improve on, and invest in our Avaya capabilities, more and more customers are choosing us as their communications partner.”
According to Jackson, the company is proud of the high customer satisfaction scores and the achievement of Gold status.
